This was certainly the case for MedicalCo, a medical office we helped grow from a small office to a fully reputable medical group. We managed their website, marketing and social media for years, mastering their personal formula for success, while maintaining the right level of marketing and technology to suit their budget and needs.
One day, MedicalCo was approached by a different website development firm selling the newest tool, a software to for patients to manage their billing online. After being sold on the “new” and “trendy” software, MedicalCo went with new firm… but not for long. After investing thousands and thousands of dollars into a new website and marketing plan, and being more than disappointed, MedicalCo came back to us. The new firm never delivered on the patient software, instead increasing the costs at every turn. The new website did not communicate with Google or other search engines, making it difficult for clients to find them online. And the marketing strategy was sold to MedicalCo, but then abandoned.
